Picture of Pretzel Girl. Co-minder of Mamo-chan. Double- and triple-jointed, perhaps more. THE WEE-WEE MAN.

Name: IP Daly

Occupation: Accountant

Base of Operations: Hakodate, Japan

Powers: Flight, super-strength, targeted renal telekinesis, able to fire energy bolts from the hands.

First appearance: The Incredible Adventures of Pretzel Girl and Mamo-Chan

A company in Tokyo was using an experiment power-source for its electric fence. Harmless to the general public - if handled safely. It was unforseen that buttoned-down American accountant Ian Daly would visit the company in the course of his work, and while on the grounds, find himself 'caught short'. He retreated to a discreet spot...and relieved himself right onto a portion of the powered fence.

The powers he unexpectedly received enabled him to prevent a nearby disaster. Despite disguising himself for the press, one small child had recognised his earlier 'emergency'. When one reporter asked who he was, he attempted to think of a suitably respectable and powerful codename for himself. Unfortunately for his future sense of credibility, during that pause, the child related his experience by calling out, 'That's the Wee-Wee Man!'

Despite this, the Wee-Wee Man has risen to a 'senior' statesman position amongst the colourful population of Japanese superheroes. He likes to think that his nom de guerre is clever and ironic - some even let him believe that.
